A thoughtful and personalized yoga practice
Small Group Classes
A gentle yoga practice concentrating on movement to challenge you within your boundaries and comfort level. Taught through the use of BREATH (Pranayama), POSE, (Asana), and the centering of mind and body to CONTENTMENT (Santosa).
Currently teaching at the WELLFLEET LIBRARY on Thursdays from 10:15 - 11:30AM Sessions run for 8-weeks in the Spring and Fall. Contact me or the Wellfleet Library for more information.

Individual Instruction
A one-on-one guided yoga practice that is focused on what is right for you regardless of your experience or your circumstance.
We will come to you or we can practice together in my home studio.
Weekend and Day Retreats
Join us in Wellfleet MA for a yoga retreat to refresh and recharge through meditation, yoga, nature and self-reflection. Retreats are all inclusive and cover your stay, meals, yoga classes and hikes.
